Mr. DeCiccio was born in Providence, Rhode Island, March 5, 1954. Admitted to the Bar 1981, Massachusetts and Rhode Island; 1982, Florida, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and District of Rhode Island and United States Court of Appeals, First and Eleventh Circuits. Education: University of Rhode Island (B.A., 1976); New England School of Law (J.D., 1981). Honors Moot Court Finalist. Member: Florida, Orange County, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and Defense Research Institute. Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law, Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
